摘要
针对传统标准件库建模方法的不足,提出了一种面向集成块设计的液压元件库建模方法。通过分析集成块设计过程中对液压元件的信息需求,建立了液压元件的信息模型及面向对象模型,并利用关系数据库建立了液压元件的参数库;根据液压集成块的设计过程,提出了液压元件的自动装配算法及关联安装特征建立方法。基于三维CAD软件Solid-Works及其二次开发工具,开发了液压元件库系统,通过实例验证了建模方法的可行性及有效性。
A modeling method oriented to hydraulic manifold blocks (HMB) design was proposed, aimed at the drawback of traditional modeling method of standard library. The information model and object-oriented model of hydraulic component was established through analysis the information needed in HMB designing. The parameter library model was built using relational database system. The hydraulic component library software was developed on basis of proposed modeling method and commercial CAD system, SolidWorks and its application programming tools (API) . The feasibility and validity of the modeling method aforementioned was testified through a case study.
