摘要
基于颗粒离散元法的基本原理,采用VC++.NET开发了筛分作业的二维离散元仿真程序SieveDEM,模拟系统由给料漏斗、筛分机和产品隔板等组成,入筛物料的粒度组成、给料量及筛分机的工作参数等均可人为设定,实现了筛分作业全过程的动态模拟.对模型筛分机的筛分试验进行了数值仿真,模拟结果真实地再现了入筛物料3种典型的运动透筛行为,模拟得到的筛分分配曲线同试验结果基本吻合.将筛面上物料的运动速度按矢量分解的方法划分为输送速度和透筛速度两部分,统计分析结果揭示了二者的波动现象,表明离散元法能够反映筛分过程的本质机理.
Base on the basic principles of discrete DEM emulator named SieveDEM was developed b of a feed hopper, a screen and a product baffle, process. The feed size composite, capacity and th element method(DEM), A two dimensional y a VC++. NET. The emulator, consisted can dynamically simulate the whole screen e screen working parameters all can be artificially set up. Series digital simulation experiments of model screen had been conducted and three typical penetrating behaviors in screen process were recurred. The partition curve produced by simulation is in good agreement with the test data. According to the vector resolution method, the motion velocity of materials was divided into a transporting velocity and penetrating velocity. The fluctuating phenomenon of two velocities was revealed by statistical results, which indicated that the DEM could reflect the intrinsic mechanics of screen.
