摘要
综述了凿岩台车自动控制系统的发展历程,以Atlas最新推出的全电脑控制凿岩台车为例,介绍了台车自动控制系统的现状。提出模块化的软硬件设计,分布式控制,网络服务和三维图形显示技术是凿岩台车计算机控制系统的进一步发展方向。介绍了我国第一台隧道凿岩机器人控制系统,提出了进一步研究的几个关键问题。
Reviews the development progress of automatic control system of drill rig and introduces its current situation with Atlas' s latest full computerized drill rig as an example. Gives the technique prospect which points to modularized hardware and software design, distributed control, service through net and 3-D display of drilling process. Introduces the control system of the first rock-drilling robot in China, and points out key problems for further research.
