摘要
《食品理化检验与分析》课程是食品专业的专业基础课,实践性很强,按操作步骤顺序进行课堂教学无助于学生掌握知识和技能,根据教育部关于加强本科教学的文件精神和我校的培养思路,加强实践环节,对课堂教学、实验教学和考试方式进行改革。
Physical and Chemical Test and Analysis of Food is one of the basic courses of Food Specility. Because of its stronng practicality,conventional steps are not effective teaching methods to help the students master the knowledge and the skills;it is advisable to promote practical teaching and carry out the reforms in classroom instruction, experimental teaching and test methods.
