摘要
本文以蜡梅光合速率、叶绿素含量、质膜透性为生理指标,研究了AN对酸雨引起蜡梅损伤的防御作用与最佳使用条件。实验结果表明,以酸雨处理前24h至处理后48h3天时间内,喷施100ppmAN3次(24小时1次)的防御效应最佳。
The optimum conditions of AN reagent in preventing wintersweet from acid rain insult were studied by using such parameters as photosynthetic rate,chlorohpyll content and cell membrane permeability.The experiemental pesults indicated that the best prevention effect took place in the AN spraying of 100ppm three times (once evety 24h) during the 3 days of 24h before and 48h after trented by acid rain.
