摘要
实验测定了两种不同板式换热器在低Re条件下(200<Re<1 300)的传热性能及阻力特性。根据实验数据分别从板片波纹的倾斜角、间距、高度等三方面对板式换热器的传热、阻力影响进行理论分析,在低Re下,从对传热效果影响程度来看,波纹的间距要大于波纹的倾斜角、波纹高度;而对压降的影响,波纹的间距要小于波纹的倾斜角、波纹高度。根据实验数据回归了相应板片传热系数、阻力系数的经验关联式,计算值与实验值有较好的一致性。并对板式换热器进行了热力学分析。为板式换热器在小流量、低流阻情况下的工业应用提供板型设计、流程设计的理论依据。
Heat transfer and pressure drop performances of two different kinds of plate heat exchangers (PHE) were investigated in low Reynolds (200 〈 Re 〈 1 300). The effects of the corrugated inclination angle, height and interval of PHE on the heat transfer and pressure drop were theoretically analyzed according to experimental data. It is found that the degree of the effect of interval on heat transfer is greater than that of inclination angle and height; but the pressure drop if less affected. It can be observed that the heat transfer and friction correlations obtained for PHE are intimately associated with experimental data. Theoretical foundation was proposed for the design of the corrugated form, geometric parameters of plates, and sizing PHE in the industrial application of low flux, high pressure specification.
