新农村建设中环境保护法制建设的思考

Thinking about the Establishment of Legal System of Environment Protection in the New Rural Cconstruction

从农村环境现状入手,分析了环境保护在新农村建设中的战略地位。并在分析我国农村环保法制建设存在问题的基础上,对健全和完善农村环保法制建设进行了设想。

In this paper, based on the analysis of the present condition of the environment protection in the countryside in our country and the strategic status of environmental protection in the new rural reconstruction, the present law system of environmental protection and its insufficiency in the countryside were promulgated and the countermeasure of the establishment of legal system of environment protection in countryside was proposed.
