外周神经病变的高频超声检查

Examination of Peripheral Nerve Lesions with High-resolution Sonography

目的:评价超声在外周神经病变检查中的意义。材料和方法:对38例外周神经病变患者的44条神经进行超声检查。根据术中探查将神经病变分类,归纳各类病变的声像特征,计算超声诊断符合率。结果:外周神经病变分成5类:神经肿瘤;神经损伤;神经卡压粘连;神经炎症;肿瘤推移或浸润。各类病变具相应声像图,与术中所见对比超声诊断准确率88.6%。结论:超声可不受时间限制检测各种神经病变,准确判断大多数神经病变的部位和类型,为诊断、治疗方式及时机的选择提供有效的帮助。

Purpose： To evaluate the significance of ultrasonography（US） in examination of peripheral nerve lesions. Materials and Methods： 44 peripheral nerves from 38 patients underwent sonography. The peripheral nerve lesions were classified according to the intraoperative findings. Their characteristic echoic images were sumed up. The ultrasonic accuracy was calculated.Results： The peripheral nerve lesions were classified into 5 types, nerve tumor, nerve injury, nerve compress and adherence, nerve inflammation, neoplasms push or invade nerve. The 5 - type lesions have their corresponding echoic images. The ultrasonic accuracy was 88.6% .Conclusion： Ultrasound may detect peripheral nerve lesions without time limited and have a high accuracy in determining their sites and types. US may provide effective help in the diagnosis of peripheral nerve lesions and help to choose the therapeutic method and time.
