摘要 树突状细胞(Dendriticcells,DC)是体内功能最强的抗原递呈细胞,在免疫反应中起着关键作用,成为肿瘤免疫治疗研究的热点。本文就DC的生物学特性,与肿瘤的关系、作用机制及其目前基于DC的肿瘤疫苗在免疫治疗的研究现状,进行综述。 DC was one of strong immunological antigen passing ceUthat played important role in immune reaction. It became the hot point to study. This paper had summarized the DC biological characteristics, relationship with tumor, its mechanism and vaccine in therapy,
