摘要 树突状细胞(Dendriticcells,DC)是体内功能最强的抗原递呈细胞,在免疫反应中起着关键作用,成为肿瘤免疫治疗研究的热点。本文就DC的生物学特性,与肿瘤的关系、作用机制及其目前基于DC的肿瘤疫苗在免疫治疗的研究现状,进行综述。 DC was one of strong immunological antigen passing ceUthat played important role in immune reaction.
