摘要
实践性知识是教师专业化发展的主要生长点,由此对教师教育提出了更高要求。当前,教师职前教育和在职培训存在诸多问题。对教师实践性知识的培养,可以通过优化教师专业课程体系、提升实践教学的针对性、注重教师自我反思能力的培养和加强在职实践引导等四方面来进行。
It is widely acknowledged that practical knoledge is one of the main growing points in teacher professional development, which puts higher requirements toward teacher education. By analysing the situation of teacher education and existing problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the strategies of TPK training, such as optimizing teacher training curriculum system, focusing on field experience, developing self-reflexive capacity and strengthening in-service practice.
