An Introduction to Content Management of Archives

档案内容管理,就是实现档案的内容化管理,从档案的内容着手对档案进行管理。当然,我们并不是退回到原来的事由原则上,而是在尊重来源原则和全宗原则管理好实体档案的基础上,研究档案及其内容,一方面应对档案利用者的咨询并积极地提供利用,另一方面,也促进档案管理的良性发展。

The content management of archives means to realize the management of archival content, namely, to manage the archives from the content of archives. We are not, of course, to return to the original principle of pertinence, but to study the archives and its content on base of respecting the principle of pertinence and fonds principle to manage archival entity well, which, on one side, would respond to the consulting of archival users and offer utihzation actively, on the other side would bring about a good development of archival management.
