HPLC法测定小儿清解颗粒中绿原酸的含量研究

Determination of Caffeotannic acid in Xiaoerqingjie Granules with HPLC

目的：建立小儿清解颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱：kromasil C18柱；流动相：乙腈-0．4％磷酸溶液（12：88）；检测波长：327nm；流速：1．0ml·min^-1。结果：绿原酸线性范围为0．058～1．16μg，r^2=0．9997，回收率为98．45％，RSD为1．67％。结论：本方法简便、可靠、重现性较好，能起到控制小儿清解颗粒中绿原酸含量的作用。

Objective ： To establish a method for determination of caffeotannic acid in Xiaoerqingjie granules. Method： The chromato bar was kromasil C18 column with mobile phase acetonitrile -0.4% orthophosphoric acid（ 12 ： 88） at now rate 1.0 ml · min^-1. The detection wavelength was 327 nm. Result ： The linearity range of caffeotannie acid was 0. 058 - 1. 16μg（ r = 0.9997） , the recovery rate was 98.45% with RSD 1.67%. Conclucion： The method is simple, reliable, with good reproducibility, can control the content of caffeotannic acid in Xiaoerqingjie granules.
