摘要 目的:建立小儿清解颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:kromasil C18柱;流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(12:88);检测波长:327nm;流速:1.0ml·min^-1。结果:绿原酸线性范围为0.058~1.16μg,r^2=0.9997,回收率为98.45%,RSD为1.67%。结论:本方法简便、可靠、重现性较好,能起到控制小儿清解颗粒中绿原酸含量的作用。 Objective : To establish a method for determination of caffeotannic acid in Xiaoerqingjie granules. Method: The chromato bar was kromasil C18 column with mobile phase acetonitrile -0.4% orthophosphoric acid( 12 : 88) at now rate 1.0 ml · min^-1. The detection wavelength was 327 nm. Result : The linearity range of caffeotannie acid was 0. 058 - 1. 16μg( r = 0.9997) , the recovery rate was 98.45% with RSD 1.67%. Conclucion: The method is simple, reliable, with good reproducibility, can control the content of caffeotannic acid in Xiaoerqingjie granules.
