公民概念本身的包容性,决定了公民教育是一种非常广泛的教育活动,这种广泛性已经远远超出学校教育所能涵盖的范围。作为现代社会文明的推进器,大众传媒对于公民个人的社会化发挥着巨大的促进作用。
The concept of citizenship having decided civil education is a very broad activity,and the universality exceeds the range of school education. As the civilized propeller of modem society, the mass media plays an important role in personal socialization of citizen.
