课程改革中的教师专业发展:取向与策略 被引量:3

摘要 作为教师专业发展的背景,课程改革有其独特之处。为有效地促进教师在课程改革中的专业成长,我们需要一种强调反思、关注实践,同时又倡导外界专业引领的综合的教师专业发展取向。在策略上,大学与学校伙伴协作可以作为宏观的组织策略,师徒制、行动研究与案例教学则是微观的具体策略。
