摘要
本文在参考了一维、二维粗糙度评定参数的基础上.提出了几个表面微观轮廓的三维评定参数。研究了相应的数学模型、推导了平均平面的计算方法和三维参数适合于计算机直接运算的数学模型。探讨了实现测量的方法与装置,并通过实测数据证实了这些参数的实际意义。
Referring to the single and two dimensional surface roughness parameters, this paper puts forward several tridimensional microsurface roughness judgement parameters and studies these respective mathematic medels and concludes the caculation method of central plane. The methods and instruments of measurement are also investigated. The practical sense of these roughness parameters are proved by experimental data.
