摘要
本文在区分农村劳动力转移的Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型并且提出农村劳动力转移的A型和B型这两个新概念的基础上,利用《成都市城乡一体化田野调查》课题对于成都市10个县(区、市)、34个乡镇、102个村、1020个农户抽样调查所取得数据,对于影响农村劳动力转移的若干因素进行了回归分析,得出结论:短期内技能对劳动力转移所起的影响作用最大,长期内教育程度对劳动力转移所起的影响作用最大;而区域自我吸收——这就是农村劳动力转移的“成都模式”的要义。
This paper classifies the type Ⅰ and type Ⅱof rural labor transferring methods, and then forms two new concepts: type A and type B. Based on this, the authors have a regression analysis on the influential factor using the data from 1020 farmer households in 102 villages of 34 towns across 10 counties of Chengdu City. It finds out that in the short run, skill has the most impact on the labor transferring and in the long run, education has the most impact. The essence of "Chengdu model" of natal labor transfenming is the "self - ahsoption" in the region.
