摘要
目的探讨紫外线并特定电磁波治疗压疮的意义。方法80例105块压疮随机分为紫外线并特定电磁波治疗组和常规治疗组,观察压疮的愈合时间。结果紫外线并特定电磁波治疗组5d内愈合为94.1%,而常规治疗组为40.5%(P<0.001)。结论紫外线并特定电磁波治疗压疮明显优于常规治疗。
Objective To explore the effect of ultraviolet with specialized electro-magnetic wave on pressure sore. Methods 105 sores in 80 patients were divided into ultraviolet with specialized electro-magnetic wave group and the routine group. Healing time for the sores was observed. Results Healing rate of pressure sore within 5 d was 94.1% and 40.5 % in the ultraviolet with specialized electromagnetic wave group and the routine group, respectively （P〈0.001）. Conclusion The efficacy of ultraviolet with specialized electro magnetic wave is superior to routine therapy on pressure sore.
