临床护理路径在基层医院子宫切除术患者中的应用及效果评价

The Application and Effectiveness Evaluation on the Clinical Nursing Pathway on Grass -roots Hospital Patients with Hysterectomy

目的 研究临床护理路径（CNP）应用于基层医院子宫切除术患者的实施效果。方法 采用不同病例前后对照研究，对照组60例实施传统治疗和护理，实验组60例实施CNP，将两组的护理效果进行对比。结果 实验组患者的平均住院日和平均住院费用低于对照组（P〈0．05）；健康知识掌握程度和患者满意度高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论 CNP应用于基层医院子宫切除术患者能降低住院费用，减少住院时间，提高健康教育的效果和患者满意度，可以在基层医院推广应用。

Objective To study the outcome by applying clinical nursing pathway on grass - roots hospital patients with hysterectomy. Methods Aquasic - experimental study was adopted. There are 60 cases in each group. Traditional treatment was applied in control group. Clinical nursing pathway was applied in experimental group. Results The average level of length stay and total expense of experimental group were lower （ P 〈 0. 05） ; and got more knowledge. The satisfaction rate is higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway guaranteed the quality of medical and nursing pathway guaranteed the quality of medical and nursing care. It＇s worth to widely use in grass -roots hospitals.
