Key Technologies to Implement NLOS Communication in Wi Max Systems

摘要 文中主要论述了关于Wi Max系统中实现非视距传输的关键技术。Wi Max标准的提出使得各个厂家的设备实现互操作性,提高了设备之间的兼容性。实现非视距传输可以有效地拓展宽带无线通信的应用领域,用无线通信替代有线通信,降低了布线的成本。正交频分复用和多址技术可以有效克服多径效应;天线分集技术可以提高信号的信噪比;自适应调制技术实时调整调制方式,提高传输的可靠性;纠错技术可以进一步降低传输的误码率。 Summarizes the key technologies used in the NLOS (non line of sight) communication of WiMax systems. The WiMax standards greatly contribute to the interoperability and compatibility among devices produced by different manufacturers. The wireless communication in NLOS environment can effectively broaden its application domain. Replacing the wired connection with wireless devices indubitably decreases the cost of deployment. The orthogonal frequency division multiplexing technology can overcome the mutipath delay and the antenna diversity is capable of strengthening the signal to noise ratio. On the other hand, the techniques of adaptive modulation are able to adjust the modulation method according to the signal inteusity,which enhances the transmission credibility and the code correction method further reduces the bit errors.
