摘要
根据黑河流域水资源现状,采用了AHP法,分析了黑河流域水资源的敏感性、适应性能力及脆弱性,并对2010年黑河水资源的脆弱性水平做出了预测;得出了黑河流域水资源的开发利用已接近临界状态的结论;并在水资源和生态系统可持续发展的基础上,提出了科学管理和规划全流域水资源、发展节水灌溉技术等建议。
The Heihe River situated in the Herd Corridor area of Gausu Province is the most representative inland fiver in the arid zone of Northwest China. The thesis is based on the water resources actuality of Heihe River, using AHP method to analyze the sensitivity, applicability and frangibility, and forecast the frangibility of Heihe River in 2010.The getting the conclusion that the development of water resources in Heihe River has approached the critical level. And it gives the advices of marking out drainage area water resources and developing water saving method based on the sustainable development.
