摘要
对电力生产的环境成本进行了研究,建立了适合我国国情的包括9种发电方式的电力生产环境成本计算模型,并以贵阳电厂为例进行了分析。该模型可根据电厂的实际情况,采用常规数据计算电厂发电的环境成本。计算结果表明,在我国人口众多的东部地区,环境成本最大的是燃煤发电,为21.76分/(kW.h);环境成本最小的是风力发电,成本为0.60分/(kW.h)。
The environmental costs of power generation have been studied, a calculation model, which involves nine. kinds of power generation mode and suitable for national conditions of our country, being established, and being analysed by taking Guiyang Power Plant as an example. Using said model, the environmental costs of power generation in power plants can be calculated by adopting conventional data, and based on actual condition of the power plant. Results of analysis and calculation show that the maximal environmental cost in eastern area having a very large population in our country is coal -fired power generation, being 21.7 cents / kWh; the minimal environmental cost is wind power generation, being 0.6 cents/ kWh.
