This paper introduces the special conveying line for ore powder in the Longmen Branch Company of Zhengjiang Port. Because of the difference between the designed cargo kind and the actual cargo kind, this conveying line should be improved. After the analysis of the feasibility and the comparison of the plans, a plan has been adopted, which is raising the belt＇ s speed, setting up multi points for feeding the material. The conveying ability has been raised effectively and the conveying line reaches the optimum status.
