A Comparison of Governing Theory between China and the West

治理理论自20世纪90年代在西方国家兴起。改革开放以来,中国引入治理观念,开始治道变革。有必要对中西方治理理论进行比较研究。治理理论只有在本土化的基础上才能实现理想的重塑,从而探寻到真正适合中国国情的公共管理模式。

The governing theory arose from the Western countries in the 90s of the 20th century. It was introduced to China and used to govern and reform the society from the beginning of the opening-up to the outside world. Therefore it is necessary to have a comparative study to the governing theory between China and the West. Only on the basis of the localization of governing theory, it can be re-formed ideally. Thus the public governing model which is really suit to the condition of China will be moused out.
