摘要
当今世界企业不可避免地面临危机事件的影响。本文对企业危机事件中的公众对象进行结构性分类,并有针对性地提出企业在危机事件处理过程中协调利益攸关者、员工、媒体等公众对象应采取的对策建议。
The enterprise is unavoidably faced with crisis affair all over the world. The article structurally classifies the public in crisis affair of enterprise, and at the same time put forward public of benefit people, staff, and medium, etc.
