Building digital teaching platform and speeding up information-oriented teaching

以教育信息化促进教育现代化，用信息技术改变传统教育模式是教育发展的趋势。文章从经费投入、政策导向及管理等方面对石河子大学从加强硬件建设、充实网络教学资源和培养教师的信息素养三方面，对构建数字化网络教学平台，加快教育信息化进程的研究与实践进行了介绍。

There is an inevitable trend in educational development that educational modernization will be promoted by means of information-oriented education and the traditional teaching mode will be replaced by information technology. This paper probes into the research and practice of building digital network-based teaching platform and speeding up information-oriented education from the following aspects： outlay investment, policy orientation and management. Three issues are also discussed： the hardware construction, enriching the network-based teaching resources, and cultivating teachers＇ information literacy.
