急性中毒职业病危害事故发生突然、难以防护、影响范围大,因此,建立良好有序的应急组织、制定有效的应急救援预案、采取果断有力的应急行动是急性中毒事故应急救援成功的关键。职业卫生服务部门的应急反应、一支训练有素的应急医疗支持人员队伍、应急医疗队伍与当地医疗系统的紧密配合,构成了良好有序的应急反应组织体系;应急救援计划中制定医疗前的净化、分类及处理方案很重要,可以指导现场应急医疗与救援行动。应急行动之前制定有效的应急救援预案,有效和详细的计划可以使应急行动变得迅速高效,可以完善公共卫生体系及提高社会应急救援能力。
Acute occupational poisoning accident occurs suddenly, sometimes is unpreventable and causes severe sequels. Therefore, the key of success in emergency rescue against acute occupational poisoning accident is to regularly organize a team for emergency rescue, establish effective emergency rescue plan, and correctly make decision and take powerful measures. The common emergency rescue system should consist of the rapid response from the department of occupational health service, the well-trained medical rescue team, the close cooperation with local medical systems. It＇s very important to establish the precursory decontamination, classification and disposal scheme at accident spot in emergency rescue plan and these can guide the medical staff to correctly take medical rescue action. The prepared emergency rescue planning make the rescue measures at accident spot more swift and effective. It also benefits the improvement of the public health system and enhances the social emergency rescue capability.
