摘要
针对普光气田储层埋藏深,地质构造复杂,在钻井过程经常发生井漏、井喷、井塌、卡钻等复杂情况和事故,钻井速度慢,钻井周期长等情况,分析以前探井的井身结构存在的问题,优选出了开发井的井身结构。还分析了高含H2S和CO2天然气井中井下管柱腐蚀的形式,提出防止腐蚀的几种方法,对生产套管柱的材质进行优选优化,对高含硫天然气田的生产开发具有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the features of Puguang gas-field, such as deeper gas reservoir burial depth, complicate geologic structure, complex conditions and accident of lost circulation, blowout, borehole collapse and sticking of tool are of common occurrence during drilling, slow drilling speed, long drilling cycle etc., the paper analyzed the problems of casing programme in the exploratory well, and optimized the casing programme of development well. At the same time, the corrosive characteristics of the down-hole casing string were analyzed in H2S and CO2 gas well, the corrosion control methods were put forward, and the casing string material was optimized. The obtained conclusions have guidance significance for the sour gas field development.
