摘要
随着产业技术的不断进步,工艺不断更新优化使传统的CAPP系统已经很难满足用户的个性化需求,定制化成为CAPP系统的发展趋势。本文探讨了定制化CAPP系统的设计原理和实现方法,并结合冲压件生产厂的工艺设计与管理实例,从工艺卡片信息分类、工艺数据结构、工艺卡片管理等方面介绍了其实现技术。
With the improvement of industry technology,conventional CAPP systems can not meet with the users! requirements because of the changing and optimizing process technology,and customization has become the trend of CAPP system.This paper discusses the general design idea and process design and management examples of a stamping parts manufacturing plant,the implementation technology such as format division of process cards,process data structure,process template management are also introduced.
