为了体现"以人为本"的服务理念,提高护理服务质量,塑造医院护理品牌,在我科开展人性化护理服务,规范人性化服务语言和行为,创新人性化服务流程满足个性化需求。提高了患儿及其家属的满意度,塑造了医院的护理服务品牌,使医院获得了社会效益及经济效益的双赢。
To practice human - centered concept of nursing care,improve the quality of nursing and set up nursing reputation. Humanistic nursing care was carried out in department of newborn, including standardizing humanistic serving language and behavior, reconstructing humanistic serving program, and emphasizing on individualized needs. This practice increased patients and parents' satisfaction, improved the quality of nursing, built up nursing brand which achieved both of social and economic benefit.
