摘要
目的使护士接受到人性化快乐管理,促进护理质量的提高。方法①在严格管理的基础上投入快乐管理;②在压力无限中创造快乐;③善于运用激励机制;④尊重、理解、关心、信任护士。结果为护士营造了轻松、和谐的工作氛围,使护士的工作、学习积极性提高。病人对护理服务的满意度由2003年的90%上升到2006年的96%。结论护理管理者要适应新形势,提高自身素质,坚持运用和发展人性化的快乐管理理念。
Objective To provide nurses with humanistic management,in order to improve the qualify of nursing. Method As a head nurse,the following measures were carried out, such as practicing happy management integrated with strict management, creating happiness under the heavy stress, utilizing encouragement system rationally,showing respect,understanding,concern and trust to nurses. Results This practice created relax and harmonious working environment for nurses,which enhanced nurses' working and learning enthusiasm. As a result,patients' satisfaction increased from 90% in year 2003 to 96% in year 2006. Conclusion It is suggested that nursing managers should adapt themselves to the new situation, improve their own diathesis to develop and practice humanistic happy management.
