摘要
采用文献资料法,对近10年动物运动模型的不同运动方式进行分析和比较。总结出各种运动方式的优点与不足:传统的运动方式如游泳、跑台、电刺激肌肉收缩等,操作比较方便,而训练的相似性和实验结果的准确性较差;一些新的运动方式在模型复制方面已经体现出一定优势,如转笼运动可以很好地模拟人类耐力训练,举重、负重爬可较准确地模拟人类力量训练,不足之处主要是动物的驯养较繁杂。建议广大科研工作者根据实验的具体要求进行筛选和复制。
By using the method of documentary review, this paper makes the analysis and comparison on these different exercise types of animal exercise models. The advantages and disadvantages of these exercise types are summed up. Old exercise types such as swimming, treadmill and electrically stimulated contractions, are easier in control and operation, but the similarities between animal exercise and human exercise, and the accuracies of results are slightly poorer. Some new exercise types have already predominated on the simulation. Wheel running can simulate endurance training of human. Weight-lifting and climbing with weights can also well and truly simulate strength training of human, whereas the domestication of animal are difficult. It suggests that researchers choose the exercise types in simulating model base on the experimental need.
