中国刑事判决书的人际功能研究

摘要 刑事判决书是人民法院在刑事诉讼中,依法制作的具有法律效力的司法文书。刑事判决书用于处理刑事案件,因而有其自身的特点。本文基于系统功能语法理论,对汉语刑事判决书各组成部分的人际功能进行了分析。 Criminal court verdict is a kind of legal document used in criminal suit. Since criminal verdict is used for criminal case, it is different from other legal documents in some aspects. Based on functional grammar and the perspective of interpersonal function, this paper tries to analyze the criminal verdict used in Chinese criminal procedure.
