院校发展视野中的中印高校创新型人才培养比较研究

Comparison on Chinese and Indian Universities' innovation-talent Training from the View of Higher Educational Institutions

培养创新型人才是高校的重要使命,更是高校在科教兴国战略和创新型国家建设中的重大发展战略。印度科技发展和高素质创新人才培养为世界所关注,中印高等教育发展具有一定的可比性。文章阐述了创新型人才培养与院校发展的关系,分析了印度高校在创新型人才培养中的经验和存在的问题,梳理了我国高校创新型人才的探索进程,并对中印两国高校创新型人才的培养提出了几点建议。

Innovational talents＇ raising is not only the important mission of higher education institutions,but also the significant developmental strategy in the Rejuvenating China Through Science and Education and the innovation-type nation＇s construction. The science and technology development and the high quality innovational talents＇ training of India has been paid attention for the world,which the higher education development of China and India has certain commeasurability.This paper has elaborated the relations between innovational talent＇s training and the development of universities,has analyzed experience and question of Indian Universities in innbvational talent＇s training, has sorted out exploration process of Chinese Universities, and put forward several proposals about innovational talent＇s training to two countries＇s universities.
