摘要 利用拉伸剪切实验系统地研究了砂纸打磨、喷砂、酸洗和磷化四种表面处理方法对粘结剂粘结强度的影响,并结合扫描电镜(SEM)、表面粗糙度测试仪对金属表面形貌的研究,结合能谱测定拉剪试样破坏面的成分数据,详细分析了不同表面处理方法影响界面粘结强度的作用机理。结果表明,各种表面处理方法均可改变金属表面形态,从而有效提高界面粘结强度,为进一步提高粘结剂/金属界面结合强度打下一定的基础。 The bonding strength of adhesive/metal can be affected by surface pretreatments, the effect of various surface pretreatments such as grinding with emery paper, acid etching, phosphating and blasting on the bonding strength by the shearing test are aim to ravel. The surface morphology were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and profilometer, the composition of specimen' s failure surface broken by shear strength test were analyzed by EDS. Based on the test results, the function mechanism of the effect of different surface pretreatment on bongding strength is analyzed and the foundation of improving the bonding strength of adhesive/metal interface is founded.
