Design and Calculation to the Elastic Sleeve Pin Coupling with Safety Pin

为了使弹性套柱销联轴器既保留缓冲减振功能,又具有安全保护的作用,设计了带安全销的弹性套柱销联轴器。它同普通的弹性套柱销联轴器的区别在于加了一个中间盘,并在中间盘与右半联轴器之间通过z个安全销传递转矩。超载时安全销被剪断,从而起到过载保护的作用。介绍了一般场合下安全销直径的传统计算方法,并且应用可靠性设计理论,给出了重要场合下安全销直径的计算公式。

In order to provide with the functions of absorbing vibration and safety over loading, a new structure of elastic sleeve pin coupling with safety pin has been designed. The coupling, which is different from other elastic sleeve pin couplings, has an additional middle disc that transfers torque from middle disc to right coupling, or vice verse through z safety pins. When over loading the safety pins can be snipped, which can provide the machine with safety. The paper introduces traditional calculating methods for common elastic sleeve pin couplings and puts forward calculating formula for the diameter of the safety pin by reliability design theory under the special conditions.
