摘要 目的 建立一种测定离子导入凝胶剂中布洛芬含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱(RP—HPLC)法,以Shim-pack VP—ODS柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)作分析柱,流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(75:25:0.8,v/v/v),流速1.0ml/min。柱箱温度40%,检测波长为264nm。结果 本法的日内RSD为0.35%,日间RSD为0.68%,平均回收率为100.4%。标准曲线在10-80μg·ml^-1浓度范围内,呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9993)。结论 该法用于布洛芬离子导入凝胶剂的含量测定,快速、准确、可行。 Aim To establish an accurate method for the determination of ibuprofen in ionphoretic gel . Methods RP-HPLC was adopted with Shim-pack VP-ODS (4.6mm × 150mm ,5 μm)as the analytical column, methanol-waterphosphate acid(75: 25: 0.8, v/v/v)as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Column temperature was at 40 ℃. Detection wavelength was at 264nm. Results Inter-day RSD of ibuprofen was 0.35% and intra-day less than 0.68% ,respectively. The average recovery rate of ibuprofen was 100.4%. The calibration curve was liner ranging from 10 -80μg·ml^-1( r = 0.999 3 ). Conclusion This method was found to be sensitive, rapid and accurate, and suitable for the determination of ibuprofen in the preparation.
