摘要
生物柴油是利用生物质生产的能源,它是一种清洁燃料。通过对油莎豆油的提取试验和酯交换反应条件的正交试验的研究,考察了反应条件对生物柴油产率的影响。结果表明,油莎豆抽提时间控制在12 h左右,抽提效果好。油莎豆油制备生物柴油的适宜工艺条件为醇油摩尔比6∶1,催化剂用量1.1%,反应温度45℃,反应时间55min。
The biodiesel produced by biomass feedstock ,is a kind of clean fuel. The technical conditions for extracting Cyperus esculentus oil were optimized. An orthogonal design experiment was used tO optimize the transesterification conditions. The results showed that the method of extraction was better when the extraction time was 12 hours. The optimal conditions for transesterification were that ether as solvent, ratio of solvent to material 6 : 1, catalyst dosage 1.1%, temperature 45 ℃, time 55 minutes.
