社区卫生服务信息技术标准建设内容研究

Contents of Information Technology Standard for Community Health Services

本文阐述了社区卫生服务(community health service,CHS)信息技术标准的含义和发展概况。以CHS为基础分析了CHS信息技术标准建设的依据和要求。提出CHS信息技术标准的建设内容和重点:构建CHS功能分类模型;建设标准化个人、家庭和社区健康档案;建设CHS基本数据集标准;研制社区卫生服务信息系统建设基本功能规范。

In this paper we first introduce the concept and development of information technology standard for community health services （CHS） , and then analyze the theoretical basis and requirement for establishment of information technology standard. Finally we put forth the contents and key of establishment of CHS information technology standard： building the classifying models of CHS functions; establishing standardized health records of individual, family and community; establishing CHS database standards; and developing basic function standards for system establishment of CHS information technology.
