肾上腺素持续给药与间断给药对心室纤颤兔血流动力学的影响 被引量:8

摘要 肾上腺素因其可有效改善患者血流动力学状况而成为心肺复苏(CPR)抢救时的首选药物。但肾上腺素属于超快速消除类药,其药物半衰期极短,约为2~3min,而静脉用药使肾上腺素浓度达到峰值的时间为(118±23)s。近年来,有关应用肾上腺素抢救心搏骤停能提高冠状动脉和脑血管灌注压、促进自主循环恢复(ROSC)已被临床普遍承认,但在肾上腺素给药方式上尚存在争议。
