摘要
黄河下游河道,尤其是游荡性河段的治理一直是一个有争议的问题。作者提出黄河下游河道渠化治理方案。即依托现有的大堤,利用混凝土四面六边透水框架群这一新型河道整治工程技术,在两大堤之间整治出一条稳定的渠化河槽,形成窄槽宽滩复式断面。文中对渠化治理的可行性及渠化设计流量、设计河宽、治导线等参数进行了分析,为渠化治理提供科学依据。
