摘要
针对黄浦江原水的水质特点以及扩建场地有限的情况,临江水厂处理规模为20×10^4m^3/d的扩建工程选用了Actiflo澄清池和Filtraflo TGV过滤工艺。其中Actiflo 澄清池采用细砂载体混凝技术和斜管沉淀工艺,具有占地面积小、沉淀效率高的优点;Fihraflo TGV过滤工艺采用双层滤料,具有高效除锰的特点。介绍了该扩建工程的工艺流程,重点说明了各处理单元的设计参数、加药方式、在线水质仪表及运行控制系统。试运行结果表明,制水工艺运行稳定,Actiflo澄清池和TGV滤池出水浊度分别控制在1.0~1.5、0.25NTU,出水水质达到设计标准。
According to the raw water quality of the Huangpu River and the limited area for expansion site, the expansion project with treatment capacity of 20 × 10^4 m^3/d in Linjiang WTP adopts Actiflo clarifier and Fihraflo TGV filtration process. The Actiflo clarifier adopts the coagulation technology of dosing microsand as carrier and inclined tube sedimentation process, which has the advantages of small land area occupied and high sedimentation efficiency. The Fihraflo TGV filtration process adopts the technology of dual-media filter, which is in favor of removing manganese. This paper introduced the treatment process of the expansion project, and explained emphatically the design parameters of each treatment unit, chemical dosing mode, on-line water quality instrument and operation control system. The debug results show the stability of treatment process is good, and the treated water turbidity of Actiflo and TGV filter is 1.0 - 1.5 NTU and 0.25 NTU respectively, which shows that the treated water can attain the design criterion.
