摘要 通过ParaMesh和网格模型转换接口程序建立了S形件成形的参数化有限元模型并进行参数化有限元分析(PFEA)。把人工神经网络(ANN)和遗传算法(GA)相结合进行工艺优化设计,研究了S形件翻边成形中的工艺参数优化。然后利用优化的结果值进行验算并与实验结果进行对比,获得了良好的结果,表明基于PFEA、ANN和GA进行成形工艺参数优化,不仅可行而且实用。 The parameterized finite element model of S-shaped pieces in forming was set up by ParaMesh. The interface procedure of the finite element model transformation and parameterized finite element analysis (PFEA) were finished. Technological parameter optimization design was researched by combining ANN and GA in forming S-shaped pieces. The favorable result was achieved while contrasting the optimized value with the experiment value. It shows that it is not only practical, but also feasible to optimize the technological parameter of S-shape pieces forming based on PFEA/ANN/GA.
