高效液相色谱法测定宣肺丸中葛根素的含量

Determination of Puerarin in Xuanfei Pill by HPLC

目的建立测定宣肺丸中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法采用ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水(22∶78),流速:1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长250 nm,柱温40℃,进样量10μl。结果线性范围是:葛根素0.0463 2-0.694 8μg,r=1.0。平均回收率为103.24%,RSD为0.44%。结论该法分离好,快速简便,可作为该产品的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish a method for determination of puerarin in Xuanfeipill. Methods HPLC was used for quantitative ananlysis. The ZORBAX SB - C18 （250 mm ×4.6mm,5μm） column was used, and the mobile phase was composed of methanol - water（22： 78）. Detection wavelength was at 250 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 , column temperature was at 40℃, and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results The linear response was in the range of 0.046 32 - 0. 694 8 μg puerarin （ r = 1.0）. The average recovery of puerarin was 103.24%, RSD was 0.44%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and it is suitable for the determination of the purarin in compound preparations.
