摘要 硅系铁合金生产的主要污染源和污染物为电炉生产过程产生的烟气中的烟尘,排放到大气中严重地污染环境。如何将这些排放的污染物回收并加以利用,是资源综合利用的研究课题。本文从硅系铁合金生产及其电炉废气物的产出概况,“电炉烟气”治理现状等方面有力地说明了强化电炉烟气净化与回收设施的实施力度的意义,论述了了制定“硅系电炉烟气净化回收技术规范”对强化环保及资源循环综合利用具有的社会效益和经济效益。 During the production of ferrosilicon, main pollutants are the dust of flue gas discharged from smelting electric furnace. These flue dusts directly discharged into atmosphere will contaminate the environment severely. How to reclaim these pollutants and recycle is a research subject of resources comprehensive utilization. Aiming at the production of ferrosilicon, waste gas and dust emission from smelting electric furnace, and present status of its harness, this article points out that strengthening the purification and recovery of flue gas from smelting electric furnace is very important, discusses that drafting Technical Specification of Purification and Recovery of Flue Gas from Smelting Electric Furnace has the social and economic benefits for strengthening environmental protection and resource comprehensive utilization.
