Analyses on Wiley Journal Database's Usage Statistics——Take the Library of Sun Yat-sen University as an Example

介绍中山大学图书馆加入Wiley期刊库集团订购的费用及使用COUNTER标准的统计数据源,并对近几年来的使用统计报告进行综合分析,包括:近五年使用统计数据、核心需求期刊分析、学科主题分析、投入费用的合理性分析4个方面。认为只有深入分析统计报告才能发现存在的问题,并为参考咨询及今后的续订工作提供参考作用。

This paper firstly Introduces the expenditure on the John Wiley Journal database combined subscription of the Sun Yat-sen University＇s library and the statistical data resource which got according to the COUNTER standard. Then, it puts forward its comprehensive analyses on the using reports within recent years from the following aspects： the situation of the using statistical data within recent five years, the analyses on the core required journals, the analyses on the subjects and the rationality of the fees. Finally, the paper supposes that only through deep analyzing that some existing problems can be found, and that have the reference function for the following subscriptions.
