摘要
以人力资本溢出模型和有效劳动模型为基础,通过教育年限法分析了青岛市人力资本积累与外溢对经济增长的影响。结果表明,青岛市的经济增长带有明显的资本推动型特征,人力资本的产出弹性和贡献率较低,溢出效应不明显。据此认为,在经济增长方式转型期,青岛应加大教育投入,并制定有效的人才培养和引进机制,以加快人力资本水平的提升。
By employing the human capital overflow model and the valid labor model, this paper analyses how the human capital accumulation of Qingdao influences economic growth. The results show that the type of Qingdao's economic growth is promoted by capital and the output elasticity and contribution rate of human capital are low, while the spillover effect of human capital is not clear. So we can get a conclusion that Qingdao should enlarge the education investment and formulate the effective personnel training and the introduction mechanism to speed up the human capital level.
