摘要
鉴于中国石化集团青岛石油化工有限责任公司原来阻火水封罐和分液罐有腐蚀穿孔的情况,为了减轻火炬系统主要压力容器阻火水封罐和分液罐的罐壁受腐蚀性介质侵害的程度,在4个新罐内改装了牺牲阳极的阴极保护系统。是对阴极保护技术扩大应用范围的一次大胆尝试,也是该公司首次将牺牲阳极的阴极保护技术应用于小型压力容器。
The fire protection water sealing drum and knockout drum in the flare system of SINOPEC Qingdao Petrochemical Co., Ltd. experienced corrosion failure. To mitigate the corrosion damage on the tank walls, the sacrificing anode cathodic protection system has been installed in 4 drums. It is the first trial in expansion of cathodic proteetion application and the first applieation of cathodic protection on miniature pressure vessels .
