氮基烧结气氛

摘要 介绍了几种典型的氮基烧结气氛。从烧结气氛的应用范围、原料来源、生产成本方面,特别是从具体零件的烧结质量方面考虑,氮基烧结气氛是目前世界范围内应用最多的吸热型气氛和分解氨气氛的理想代用者。并介绍了使用氮基烧结气氛应该注意的几个主要问题。 Several typical nitrogen base sintering atmospheres have been outlined. It has deseribed that nitrogen atmosphere at present is the mostly used endothermie atmosphere in the world and used as an ideal substitute for dissociated ammonium in consideration of fhe application range of sintering atmosphere, the source of raw materials, the costs of production, and especially the sintering quality of given parts. Meanwhile, several key problems for using nitrogen base atmosphere, to which attention should be paid, have been pointed out.
