摘要
对玉米黄色素的最佳提取溶剂进行了筛选,研究了原料玉米黄粉的处理方式,首次采用挤压膨化玉米黄粉的方法提取玉米黄色素。结果表明:无水乙醇对玉米黄色素的提取效果最佳;对原料玉米黄粉采用挤压膨化处理可使玉米黄色素的得率大幅度提高。在此基础上,采用中心组合设计方法,确定了玉米黄色素的最佳提取工艺条件:温度67.4℃,时间95 min,液料比(mg∶g)20.5∶1。
The process of extracting maize yellow pigment from corn gluten was studied. Several solvents were compared and selected. Anhydrous ethyl alcohol was determined as the optimum solvent for maize yellow with higher rate of extraction, lower toxicity, easier recycled and lower consumption. The results showed that the rate of extraction was improved considerably after the treatment of extrusion pre-treatment of corn gluten. The factors effective for extracting were investigated and optimized by using central composite design and SAS 9.0 software. The optimum extracting parameters were 67.4℃, 95 min, ratio of anhydrous ethyl to corn gluten 20. 5.
