摘要
新世纪中国文艺理论和美学共同面对着审美超越问题。审美超越的独特性质在于开启人生内在的心灵自由。文化研究只是对传统文艺研究在观念方法上的补充和改进,不足以取代后者,并且仍应以审美超越为终极追求。审美超越是个体性与社会性在生成论意义上的有机统一,超现实主义等现代艺术活动对此提供了有力证据。审美只能超越合理性,却无法超越始终以存在的看护力量现身的理性,而是通过意识向自身的暂时缓解超越、个体意识向普遍意识超越、人的变化本性向一般自由本性超越等层次实现了感性与理性的有机统一。
Aesthetic transcendence is a problem that the Chinese literary theory and aesthetics are facing in the 21th century.The peculiar nature of aesthetic transcendence lies in the realization of inner freedom in one's life.Cultural studies are only complement and improvement to the conception and methods of traditional literary studies,therefore can not take the place of aesthetic transcendence,but rather,takes it as its ultimate pursuit.Aesthetic transcendence is an organic unity between individuality and sociality in the sense of becoming,for which modern artistic activity like surrealism has provided a convincing evidence.The aesthetic can only transcend the reasonable,but can not transcend reason manifested in the protective forces of existence,thus realizing the organic unity between sensibility and reason through consciousness that transcends its temporary relief to itself,through individual consciousness that transcends universal consciousness,and through man's changing nature that transcends the nature of general freedom.
